These Terms are a binding agreement between you and CONTEXT4AI PTE LTD ("Crawl4AI", "we", "us"), governing your use of our web-crawling API and related websites (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Crawl4AI fetches and structures publicly reachable web pages on your instruction — scrape, search, and extract endpoints, offered on a free Community tier, a 24-hour Play pass, and a paid Supporter subscription. Features, limits, and tiers may change over time.
You must give accurate account information and keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys, including by anyone you allow to use them. Tell us promptly if a key is compromised. One person or organization per account unless we agree otherwise.
You decide which URLs and queries to send us. You represent and warrant that, for every request you make, you have the legal right to access, collect, and use the data you request, and that your use complies with all applicable laws, the target site's terms, and any access directives it publishes (including robots directives). You are solely responsible for your requests and for how you use their outputs.
You agree not to use the Services for anything prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. Crawl4AI is a tool; we do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the sites you target or the data you retrieve.
Paid tiers (e.g. Supporter) are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and access continues until then. Prices may change on notice for future periods. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
We own the Services, our software, and our brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services under these Terms. As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you already have in the data you retrieve — subject to the rights of the third parties it belongs to.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The public web is outside our control: we do not warrant that any target will be reachable, that results will be complete or accurate, or that accessing any given site is lawful for your purpose. Your use is at your own risk.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crawl4AI and its people from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your requests, your use of the Services or their outputs, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of the Services is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, or USD 100.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for abuse or risk to the Services or third parties, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time; paid access ends as described in Payments.
We may change the Services or these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date; material changes will be notified where reasonable. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
